The strength of a community lies in the engagement of its citizens.  For over 30 years, Volunteer Coordinators' Council (VCC) has led the way in educating, informing and supporting best practices in the utilization of community volunteers.

Where people volunteer - and how they choose to provide their services - continues to change.  Nonprofits and those who manage nonprofit volunteer programs must change as well.  Through ongoing educational programs, facilitated resource and information sharing, and support to volunteer managers, VCC helps ensure that nonprofits will meet the challenge with creative programs that deliver high-impact services and generate meaningful volunteer experiences.
